I offer a range of different psychological services depending on your needs. Sessions can be held in-person, online or via telephone.

1:1 Therapy
I offer in-person and online (via Zoom) therapy sessions. The first step will be for us to have a short 15minute telephone call to discuss your needs and to ensure I am best suited to support you. Following this we will then arrange our first appointment and begin our therapy journey together. Through assessment and getting to know you, we will develop a shared understanding of your difficulties or goals for therapy.

Coaching
Some people seek support from a psychologist not because they are struggling with their mental health, but because they may feel a sense of being ‘stuck’ or being not quite ‘on the right path’. Using strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) I can help you focus on self-improvement, growth and how to better live your life more ‘authentically’ in line with your values. I can offer coaching focused sessions both in-person and online.

Mental health assessment & report for PIP claimants
I offer standalone mental health assessments with a follow-up report emailed to yourself. These can be used as part of a PIP assessment.
The cost of this package is £240 and includes a 1hr appointment either online or in-person, and a thorough summary report emailed after the assessment.
